50bd Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "50bd" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino services operated under the domain 50bd.io, including all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 50bd platform.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 50bd platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all 50bd transactions are denominated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or reload offer provided by 50bd to eligible Players.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from that Bonus may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity listed in Section 9 of these Terms that is forbidden on the platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between You and 50bd. Access to or use of the 50bd platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2.2 50bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English language version shall prevail.

3. Eligibility

3.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the 50bd platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

3.2 You must be a natural person — corporate registrations are not permitted.

3.3 You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 50bd platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.

3.4 Employees, contractors, or agents of 50bd, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to register as Players or participate in any promotional offer.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the 50bd platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances contained therein.

4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 50bd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4.4 You must notify 50bd immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach affecting your credentials.

4.5 50bd reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion without providing a reason, subject to returning any verified real-money balance to the Player via their registered payment method.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1 Prior to processing any withdrawal, 50bd requires Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This process involves the submission of government-issued identity documents such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, as well as proof of address where required.

5.2 50bd may request KYC documentation at any stage of the Player relationship, including at registration, prior to any bonus redemption, or in response to specific account activity.

5.3 Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 50bd may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of suspected fraud, the suspension of the Account pending investigation.

5.4 All KYC documentation submitted to 50bd is processed and stored in accordance with the 50bd Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and anti-fraud purposes.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied by 50bd.

6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are processed via the following supported Bangladesh payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability.

6.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.

6.4 Withdrawals will only be processed once KYC verification (Section 5) has been successfully completed. 50bd targets withdrawal processing times of within minutes for bKash and Nagad, though actual timing may vary depending on payment provider processing schedules.

6.5 50bd does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. 50bd accepts no liability for fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

6.6 50bd reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, Prohibited Conduct, or a pending KYC review. In such cases, 50bd will notify the Player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

6.7 Deposited funds that remain unused in an Account for a continuous period of 12 months without any login activity may be classified as dormant. 50bd will notify the Player via registered email before any dormancy policy is applied.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 50bd offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

7.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms. Until the wagering requirement is met in full, bonus-derived winnings cannot be withdrawn.

7.3 Bonuses are valid for a limited time period as specified in each promotion's terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

7.4 Only one bonus may be active in an Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players must opt in to bonuses where an opt-in mechanism is provided.

7.5 50bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already commenced wagering under its terms, 50bd will honour the original terms to the extent reasonably practicable.

7.6 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the opening of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, exploitation of technical errors, or any other strategy determined by 50bd to be manipulative — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 All bets placed on the 50bd sportsbook are subject to the individual rules applicable to each sport and market. Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ODI markets — is governed by standard cricket betting rules as published on the platform.

8.2 50bd reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently determined to have been subject to match-fixing, manipulation, or any other form of corruption.

8.3 All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by our game providers. The RNGs used by 50bd's game providers are independently audited for fairness. 50bd does not control or modify game outcomes.

8.4 In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the round may be void and any stake for that round refunded. The specific policy for each game type will be governed by the rules of the relevant game provider.

8.5 50bd reserves the right to set maximum bet limits and maximum win limits per game, per day, or per event. These limits will be communicated within the relevant game or market interface.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 50bd platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software designed to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or circumvent platform security.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports event manipulation.
• Conducting fraudulent chargebacks or reversals through payment providers.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of known or unknown errors will be voided.
• Sharing account access with minors or any person under the age of 21.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 50bd staff or other platform users.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the 50bd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and data — is the intellectual property of 50bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 50bd content without prior written consent.

10.3 Game content provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to their own licensing terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 50bd provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous service availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 50bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.

11.3 50bd's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy & Data

12.1 The collection, storage, and processing of personal data submitted by Players is governed by the 50bd Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

12.2 50bd collects personal data solely for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and improving platform services. 50bd does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12.3 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected], subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

13. Responsible Gaming

13.1 50bd is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices. The platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible from the Account settings, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

13.2 Players who self-exclude will have their Account suspended for the duration selected. 50bd will not send promotional communications to self-excluded Players. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

14. Account Suspension & Closure

14.1 50bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, Prohibited Conduct, or any other legitimate ground for action.

14.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, 50bd will notify the Player within a reasonable time. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, the Account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released promptly.

14.3 Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, all bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances, net of any amounts subject to investigation, will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

14.4 Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

15. Amendments to These Terms

15.1 50bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 50bd will provide Players with at least 7 days' notice via registered email or a prominent in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

15.2 The date of the most recent revision of these Terms is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

15.3 Continued use of the 50bd platform after amended Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

16. Governing Law

16.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 50bd platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, with English as the language of proceedings.

16.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

16.3 No waiver by 50bd of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach. Failure by 50bd to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
